Returns
What Is Your Return Policy?
Returns are allowed under specific circumstances. Please refer to our Refund Policy, located at the bottom of the page, for detailed information.
How Do I Track My Order?
You will be emailed a tracking number once your package is shipped out. You will be able to track its arrival this way. Please allow up to 72 hours from the order date for tracking information.
When Is My Order Shipped?
We don't like to over promise and under deliver. We would love to ship all orders right away but that won't be the case all the time. All orders are generally shipped within 48-72 hours of receiving your payment. If you have a rush order that needs to get out the same day, please contact us at roxane61@creamie.org to discuss your options.
Shipping is only available in the United States and Canada
International Shipping Currently Not Available.
What Are Your Shipping Fees?
There is a standard shipping fee of $8.00 on all orders below $100.00. Free shipping on any order $100.00 and above.

How Old Do I Have To Be To Order From You?
You must be at least 21 years old to view or purchase products from Creamie.one. If you are not of legal age, you must leave Creamie.one immediately.
Do You Sell My Information?
Absolutely not! All information is kept secure and never sold to a third party.
Is My Credit Card Information Secure?
Yes, we take security very seriously. Our merchant processor is of course PCI compliant and all transactions on our website go through a Secure Socket Layer (SSL).
Will anyone be able to figure out what's in my package?
NO! The items will arrive in secure brown packaging with no outside markings or branding.
Does it show on my bill that I bought this sort of product?
Your credit card statement will say "Creamie" as the purchase description. Purchased items will not be displayed.
Are these products safe for use?
These products are sold for the intended use only; we are not responsible for any physical harm caused by any of the products sold herein.
